We ship anywhere in the EU.

Orders within the Netherlands are delivered within 1-4 working days. Delivery takes 2-8 business days for orders within Europe, depending on your country.

Shipping costs from € 5, - depending on your country.

You can pick up your order for free in Amsterdam-Southeast or. You can select your choice during the checkout process.

Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, we regret that we cannot accept refunds for a change of mind. If the scent you have chosen is not to your liking, we are happy to exchange your purchase for another of our beautiful scents.

Exchanges are only accepted for full price items within 14 days of purchase. Exchange is not possible for candles purchased on sale.

In order to successfully exchange your order, the following procedure must be followed:


1. E-mail info@ginou.nl with your order number and new fragrance that you would like to receive.

2. The original order must be returned in unused condition at the customer's own expense. If there is damage to the packaging and / or the product, we cannot accept the exchange.

3. Ginou will ship the replacement product to you with free shipping. NL ONLY


Sale and Limited Edition Items

We cannot accept exchanges or returns for sale items, gift cards or Limited edition products.


Damaged goods

Packing orders for shipment is done with the utmost care. If your purchase arrives damaged, please contact info@ginou.nl within 7 days of arrival,

including a description of the damage and photographic evidence.

The products and packaging must be returned in unused condition. Any product and packaging returned in used condition will not be considered defective / damaged and additional shipping charges may apply to return the product or, if applicable, a refund will be made within 14 days. If the product is returned in an unused condition, we will be happy to replace the product.

Failure to comply with the terms of our returns policy will prevent us from giving you a refund.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days.



We do not cover your shipping costs for returning a package to us, nor can we guarantee that we will receive your returned item; the package you wish to return is your responsibility until we receive it.

We recommend that you use a track & trace shipping method and keep proof of shipping in case your return is lost on the way back to us.
